Honey level sensor

czujnik-poziomu-miodu

We present to you the latest device in our offer. The honey level sensor acoustically signals the moment a specified fill level is reached in containers such as buckets, honey settling tanks, or barrels. This solution prevents honey from overflowing in the container when draining from the extractor or honey settling tank. By using the sensor, you do not need to constantly monitor the fill level of the container, avoiding the risk of overflow and associated losses.

The sensor has many features that make it unique.

  • The sensor is lightweight and easy to install.
  • The universal spring mounting allows the sensor to fit containers with wall thicknesses from 1 to 17 mm.
  • Thanks to its compact dimensions, the sensor can be attached to a bucket, even if you are using an additional sieve.
  • The sensor is powered by two standard AA 1.5V batteries, which are very easy to replace and ensure long device operation.
  • A large, convenient switch is located on the top of the sensor.
  • The metal probes in contact with honey are made of acid-resistant stainless steel, intended for contact with food, and are also easy to clean.
  • The sensor’s acoustic signal is loud and can be heard even when the extractor or dehydrator is running or when you are in an adjacent room.
  • The measuring probes can be easily shortened to set the level at which the sensor should activate.
  • Besides the spring mounting to the container, the sensor has no other moving parts that could malfunction if soiled with honey. Honey level detection is done electronically. Immersing the measuring probes in honey reduces the resistance between them, triggering the acoustic signal.
